Dosage:
Vitex Capsules: Two capsules, a day one hour before breakfast with water or as directed by your physician.
Maca Capsules: Two capsules, a day before or after one hour of dinner with milk or as directed by your physician.
Spearmint tea: Twice a day, preferably after meal just like green tea or as directed by your physician.
