Recommended dose:

Take two capsules, a day with water or milk or as directed by your physician.

Composition: 

Turmeric extract ………. 450mg.

Black pepper ………. 5mg.

Directions: Store in a cool and dry place. Protect from heat, light and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
